The various ways within SSP7 for employees to submit their request and to track the progress of pending requests already goes beyond industry standards. But what makes SSP7 extraordinary compared to similar solutions or build-in portals is the ease of administration. Administration can be done without any programming or deep IT knowledge. To modify request forms, administrators simply go into the admin module where forms are displayed like this:


By modifying the number in the drop-down lists before the fields, the ordering of questions can be changed. To modify the settings of a field, the edit action behind the question should be clicked and the field details are displayed:


Questions that should only be displayed under certain conditions are to be placed within sections. Questions within a section will only be displayed in case the section condition is met. An example of such a section definition is displayed below:
