Detail page Field Names

When a Service Call, Change or Work Order is created successfully in a process step, users will see the number of the created item in the process step details. When they click on the number, a detail page is displayed. To change the fields and the ordering of the fields on this page, please open the database table as mentioned above and then do the following:

The fields that have the value True in the column "AvailableForDetail" will be displayed on the detail page. Simply change the value to False to remove the value.
Use the column "ItemOrder" to change the ordering of the fields. The field with the lowest value is displayed on top of the screen. By default all values are set to 0.
Never change the value of the Id, Method or Name.
