SSP7 is an online Service Catalog portal that provides employees a single place to submit new Service request or check existing Services. SSP7 offers 4 different ways for employees to submit their requests and let's companies easily combine and of these ways:

Dynamic Request Forms
Web Shop
Knowledge Catalog
Ticketing Module

Requests submitted through any of these ways result in the start of a workflow that needs to be completed to have the request fulfilled. During the lifetime of the workflow approvals can be gathered, additional information provided, external systems triggered and customer satisfaction reviewed.
