There are 3 application folders for the SSP website available:

- Web-full: This folder contains the files required to do a full (initial) installation of SSP. It contains stylesheet and configuration files.

- Web-oracle: This folder contains the additional files required to do an installation for Oracle environments. The libraries included in this file should overwrite the files from the other downloads

- Web-update: This folder contains the SSP application, without stylesheet and configuration files.

In case the aspnet_client folder is included please remove this folder. The other folders contain the various components of SSP7 and need all to be installed within IIS. Follow the instructions below now to configure the IIS webserver.

1.Copy all installation files to their final location, for example D:\APPS\SMT-X. Make sure that this location has enough disk space available to contain all future attachments and images submitted through SSP. Please make sure the destination files are not marked as “Read only”. In Windows 2008 files copied from untrusted sources may be blocked, make sure the SSP files are copied and unblocked.
2.You should have the something like the following folders:

LICENSE:

When you install the software on a new machine (different hostname), a new license key needs to be generated. In order to get this new hostname, please email the current license key (if available) and the new hostname to SMT-X and we will send a new license key back.
This key can be found in the admin -> settings, and needs to be saved there too.

In order to get access to the application when there is an invalid license key, please use the admin2/admin2 super user.

ADMIN - SETTINGS

After a new installation, please check all admin settings of the ssp application and correct where necessary.

STYLESHEET

SMT-X provides seperate stylesheets for each client. If you get a new stylesheet zip file, this needs to go to the common/static folder. Overwriting all files, and afterwards please restart IIS because most files are cached.
