Processes

The General Settings tab allows to set a number of general Form settings. The different elements are grouped. Click on the titles to open or close the different groups.

The Processes group contains the following options:

Add Process to start: The listbox shows all existing Processes in SSP 7. Please select any, and click on add to add the selected Process to the list below.
Process(es) to start: List of all processes that will start when the Form is submitted by the User. The list can contain multiple forms. Click on the EDIT button to edit this process (opens in a new window or tab). Click delete to remove a Process from this list. All processes are started at the same time.

When Ticketing is enabled, this box will show the Ticketing fields, allowing you to map Formfields into Ticketing fields.

Click on Edit Process to Edit this process, and Delete to un-link this process from this Form. If Multiple processes are selected, the Ticketing fields are repeated for each Process.

Use the SAVE button to save the changes and remain on this screen, or use the OK button to save your changes and return to the Overview screen, or use the CANCEL button to discard any changes. The clip0123button allows for a preview of the Form in a new browser window.
