Email templates can be used, that makes it easy to adjust headers and footers afterwards. For that a new option in admin has been added:
You can define the email templates as default, meaning that all NEW emails generated will make use of it. Existing tickets do not get updated.
The body of the email layout must contain the text ‘#REPLACE-EmailContent#’ … that will be replaced by the content of the template.
Every place where you can define emails, you can decide to use which layout, or leave it empty to use the default layout. When defining new email templates, by default the standard layout is selected.
