New form not visible for users

A new form has been created, but no users, even admin roles aren't able to see the new form in the New Request menu option.


The cause of the issue is most probably that the form is not set "Live" yet. A form that is not live, will only exist in the admin module of the application and won't be seen by regular users. When a form becomes Live, it will be included in the security scoping. There could be another issue, that users don't have access rights to the form.


Please check if the option "Live on website" is checked. Only forms that have this option set to true are available in the End User Interface

Please check if the logged in user has access right to the form. Go to Admin - Roles and see if the form is available.
