Editing of items and contacts
Once, contacts and documents have been created in a dossier, the list, the people and the documents can be edited directly by clicking on the icon in the title bars.
Emailing contacts and suppliers
Once a person is added to „Authorisation” or „Suppliers”, he can be emailed by clicking on the name of the contact. This will pop-up an email window.
Variations to the above steps
All steps are identical to the above steps, except for Step5: Post processing. Here an additional fieldis present to provide the contract sign date.
For the NDA, Step 2: Select suppliers, the suppliers can be selected unlike in the CON section,where this step is preset.
In Step4: Send email, the deadline date can be set. This will track if a response was provided in time.
In Step 5: Post processing, two additional fields are present, to indicate whether the NDA was signed. If this option is truned on, then the singed date can be provided.
In the RFI section, again, the supplier can be selected in Step 2.
And in Step 4, a deadline can be provided.
In Step 5, the options are „Responded” – in case of „Yes”, two additional fields appear to provide the response date and if the supplier „will participate”.
In the RFP section, Step 2 lists supplier with the signed NDA and Participation status.
In Step 5, the below options appear to complete the RFP.
Once all steps and section are completed in a dossier, it will look like this on the review page.
And it will look like this on the overview page for My Dossiers.
Closing a dossier
Once a dossier is complete and can be closed, click on the icon on the title bar
And click on the button at the bottom of the pop-up window. This will permanently close the dossier and cannot be further edited. The end date also must be provided.
Closed dossiers will continue to show in the overview and the details and all attachements can be viewed.
