The first tab, General Settings, allows you to edit these elements of the shop:
Section 1 : Title & description
Enter the title & short introduction text in each language, as defined in SSP.
Section 2 : General Settings
|•||Current Icon: If an icon is uploaded before, it is shown here. Use the delete button ( ) to remove the existing thumbnail.|
|•||Upload New Icon: Use the button to browse for a new icon. This button will open the standard Browse window to locate the file, either on the PC or on the network, using mapped drives. Please ensure the new Icon has these measures: width: 200 - Height: 167 (maximum values). When the file is selected from the popup window, the full path will appear in the text box. Use the button to upload and use this new Icon. Browsing for the file will not succeed, it is required to click the button to transfer the file to the server and to be used on the Dashboard. Due to caching, it is possible that the new icon is not shown immediately.|
|•||Live on Application : Check to make the Shop accessible for all users with the access to the shop set in their Roles|
|•||Allow multiple products : Check this box to allow users to order different products in the same order.|
|•||Allow multiple items of the same product : Check this box to allow users to increase the quantity of ordered items.|
|•||Skip Check Out page when possible : Skips the checkout page when there is no content on it.|
|•||Allow multiuser orders: Allows users with apprpriate rights to order the selected products for multiple users.|
|•||Standard rental period : Define the standard rental period for all products in the shop. This is the general setting, and can be tailored on product level. The Rental Period will define the monthly cost. One-time Cost will not change anything to the base price of a product.|
Section 03 : Hedge Rate
Set the conversion rate for each currency versus the EURO. Enter the number that is used as a conversion from EURO to local currency. Example: if the Hedge Rate is set to 0,8 for United Kingdom (Pound) and the price is set to 100 EURO, the price in Pound will be : 100 * 0,8 = 80 Pound. The Countries x Vendors matrix is used to populate the countries in this matrix.
Enter the Rate for each country in the text field. Click UPDATE MATRIX to save any changes.
The list of countries is set in a DataStore Parameter, and selected in the General Settings of the WebStore.
Section 04 : Related Documents
The list of uploaded Documents is displayed by file type as designated by the icon and the filename

Section 05 : Related Links
The Related Links group contains the following options:
|•||The list of Current Links is displayed, showing the Link and the Link Title|
|•||Use the Delete button to remove the selected Link|
|•||Adding a New Link: Enter the complete link in the first box, including 'http://'. Insert the Title for this link into the second Box. Click on SAVE to add this new Link to the list. The screen will refresh and the added link will be added at the bottom of the list.|
|•||Cancel : disregards any changes and returns you to the list of all Shops.|
|•||OK : Saves any changes and returns you to the list of all Shops.|
|•||Save : Saves any changes but remains on the current page.|
