Labels missing for some users

It sometimes may happen that labels are missing on the screen of 1 or several users. Other users don't have this issue and can work normally. An example of such a screen is displayed below:



This problem is caused by a corrupted "language cookie" in the user's browser. The corruption can be caused by several factors and can't be avoided.


To resolve the issue, the corrupted cookie should be deleted. The cookie can normally be found on this location:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. There sort the list on the column called "internet address" and search for "cookie:<username>@sspurl.example". Remove this cookie and go to the SSP url again.
