The main menu of the mobile app has the following options


To do: List of open approvals. Go here to see pending approvals on your name or one of your groups.

Messages: Shows messages in the enabled categories. To enable more categories, go to Settings. Message will be displayed as read once the message has been viewed once.

My Tickets: Shows a list of requests that the user has submitted. Depending on the exact view definition this may differ per setup.

New Request: Opens the mobile browser in the new request page and lets the user submit a new request. This option requires that the mobile device has direct access to the SSP url in the corporate network.

Help: Help page that is defined on the Mobile Component.

Settings: Allows you to modify some settings in the application
