For people using the ticketing module to manage process step activities, a specific view called My Activities is available within the ticketing module. When this view is selected, it will display all process steps in which the currently logged in person has activities. Both personal as group activities are displayed.
A single ticket may be displayed multiple times, as there may be multiple process steps active at the same time. The column Actor shows the current process step actor. In case the actor is a group, that group is displayed in the column Responsible Group. The orange button “Edit” can be used to open the ticket and immediately open the Change Actor screen for rapid reassignments.
