When going to My Tickets, the user is able to see all requests that have been submitted by the users. That is at least the default configuration of this option. By modifying the view that is displayed under My Tickets, the SSP administrator has full freedom in defining what tickets should be displayed in the view.
The columns that can be displayed is limited to 5. The first 5 columns defined in the view will be displayed.
By tapping on a specific ticket, the ticket details screen is displayed. In case the ticket has an open approval step for the signed on user, it is possible to submit the approval. All other step types or steps with another actor can't be edited through the mobile user interface. From this screen it is possible to link into the mobile web interface, in case that environment is available from the mobile phone's browser.
