Out of Office allows users to automatically delegate all their assigned tasks (Process steps where they are the actor) for a specific period in time.
The following options are available on this page:
|•||I will be out of the office - Start Date & End Date :The user can set a period when his tasks need to be delegated. The radiobutton also needs to be checked, simply entering the start & end date is not sufficient.|
|•||Select Delegate : Select the Delegate to whom the new tasks during the out of office-period need to be assigned. You can edit the list of Delegates on the 'Delegates'-tab.|
|•||I'm not out of the office : Check this box (standard setting) when you are not out of the office.|
Click on "Update" to save any changes.
