With the Jump step, a forced jump to any step in the process can be defined. This step is particularly convenient for creating a controlled loop in the process.
Please note that this step should be used with care. All steps are available to jump to, however steps further down in the process may not be available as destination step, as the process step is not yet activated, or is missing data to get activated.
Do not jump from an active path into another path of the same or different Decision Point. This can confuse SSP, as maybe other paths are still active within the same Decision Point.
A Jump Step is added by clicking on in the Edit Steps tab of a process and defining the step type as an Jump step.
The following sections describes the creation of Jump Steps.
