Process ticket

The SMTX Process Management Platform is able to manage processes by executing process steps in a predefined order. By default, each new started process is registered as a workflow ticket. Without using the Ticketing module, tickets are also created in the background, but will only be used as a reference number. By using the Ticketing module, ticket information can be enriched. It becomes possible to give a workflow classifications like Status, Impact, Category, Urgency, Priority, Classification and Closure Code. Additionally, the workflow can be assigned to a group or person. This assignment is independent on who is the current actor in the workflow.
