Reporting : Excel Reporting

Excel Reporting filters on tickets in the processes.

You first need to create a Reporting template. This is done per Process, and is explained in this section.

The following options are available:

Select the Process from the list. The list contains all Processes in SSP.
Start Date Ticket From / To : Set the range in between the ticket is started in SSP. This is optional, if no dates are entered, all tickets will be chosen (if no range has been set for the Close date).
Close Date Ticket From / To : Set the range in between the ticket is closed in SSP. This is optional, if no dates are entered, all tickets will be chosen  (if no range has been set for the Start date).
Template : Select the template from the list. If no templates are defined for the chosen Process, this list will be empty and you can not create an Excel report.

Click onclip0060button to create an Excel sheet or clip0061button to create an XML report of your Process' tickets.
