Reservations: Process Settings

A process can be added to a reservation or a meeting when started.
There are 5 options to add a process:
1. when a reservation is added ;
2. when a meeting is started ;
3. when a meeting is completed ;
4. when the reservation is canceled;
5. when the room of a meeting is changed.
To add a process, simply select a process using the drop down box. In total 5 processes can be selected.
To save the selections, click the clip0131 button. To cancel the changes, click the clip0129 button.
