In case there is a need to completely restart all services related to SSP7, do the following:
On the IIS Server, open a Command box with administrator rights and type: IISReset. This will completely stop the IIS server, clean its cache and restart the services and website again. When an integration adapter is used with HP Service Desk 4.5, the Tomcat application SmtxSd45Connector should also be stopped and started.
