Time, location, attendees, recurrence are configured under "settings".


1. Name the meeting

2. If there are many meetings, they can be grouped by either selecting an existing meeting group, or creating a new one by clicking on the "edit" icon next to the field

3. Set the start and end time of the meeting.

4. Set the location if required

5. If the meeting or project has a website, it can be provided in the "Dedicated ShP site" field.

6. If the meeting is recurring, select yes and specify recurrence in the next section.


7. Click "save" or "save and start occurrence now".
