When Editing an Order Type, the sections are displayed below the list of Order Types. You can define general settings, Title & Description, select a Process & Product Categories.
1. Order Type Details
|•||Live : check this box to make this Order Type visible to Users|
|•||Show Items of User? : check this box ('Yes') to allow the User to select their current Items within the Service selected below.|
Additionally, the second box, entitled 'Only Show Last Item', will limit the list of Items to only the last one, so the same Item is not shown multiple times, based on the import.
|•||Item Date dates back : Set a limit to the history that is shown. In the example above, 120 days is entered. This means that only items that were imported no longer than 120 days ago will be shown.|
|•||Items to show : Define which Items are shown, the options are:|

|•||Services : Select the services from which you want to show the current Items. Multiple services can be added, simply by selecting them in the drop down menu. Use the delete button to remove a Service from the list.|
|•||Current Icon: If an icon is uploaded before, it is shown here. This icon is used on the top left hand side of the Dashboard, next to the Welcome-text. Use the delete button ( ) to remove the existing thumbnail.|
|•||Upload New Icon: Use the button to browse for a new icon. This button will open the standard Browse window to locate the file, either on the PC or on the network, using mapped drives. Please ensure the new Icon has these measures: width: 58 - Height: 49. When the file is selected from the popup window, the full path will appear in the text box. Use the button to upload and use this new Icon. Browsing for the file will not succeed, it is required to click the UPLOAD button to transfer the file to the server and to be used on the Dashboard. Due to caching, it is possible that the new icon is not shown immediately.|
2. Title & Description
Enter the title & short introduction text in each language, as defined in SSP.
The drop down shows all processes that are built in the Workflow Engine of SSP. Select the process you want to start when a request is placed within this Order Type. You can link only 1 process per Order Type.

4. Related Categories
Use the checkboxes to select the Product Categories. When a Product Category is selected, its Products are shown to the User when this Order Type is selected. Product Categories are set up under the tab 'Product Categories'.
|•||Cancel : disregards any changes and returns you to the list of all Shops.|
|•||OK : Saves any changes and returns you to the list of all Shops.|
|•||Save : Saves any changes but remains on the current page.|
