Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

When Editing or adding a Product, the second tab is Product Pricing. This tab allows you to fine tune the pricing for this Product.

alert_1818 When adding a new Product, this tab is not shown. Once the product is saved, this tab becomes available.

alert_1818 Via the matrix 'Product x Country // Price' you can update the base price for all Products in one go. This matrix however does not allow to update the other price settings ( like Freight Cost, Custom Fee, ..) as shown in the columns below. The matrix does also not allow you to select a Vendor per Country. That needs to be done in this table, for each Product!

alert_1818 The use of a dot or comma is set per language. If you select English, this is the number format : 10000.00. If you select any other language, the number format changes to : 10000,12.

The following options are available:

Price Calculated: This is the calculated price, based on the formula (see below). Click on SAVE to see the updated calculated price.

Formula Explanation

Formula : (Price in EUR * Hedge Rate * (1 + (Custom Fee / 100)) * (1 + (Extra 2 / 100))) + Freight Cost + Handling Fee + Extra 1.

Basically, the formula does this : ( Price in EUR * Hedge rate * Custom Fee * Extra 2 ) + Freight Cost + handling Fee + Extra 1.

First, the values that represent a percentage are calculated, then the fixed numbers ( no percentages) are added to the calculated total.

Hedge rate is set in the General Settings of each shop.

The 2 values that represent a percentage are edited in the same way, to allow for an increase : (1 + (Custom Fee / 100) & (1 + (Extra 2 / 100)
