Ticket search change

Previously the top search … looked up for data in Forms, Tickets, Shops, Knowledge management:

 

 

Experience told us, that most customers were only looking for ticket numbers, and then the search just took too long. So this logic has been changed:

 

-If you do a search in the top navigation box, only a search in Ticket number and name will be performed.
-If you want to search in all other data, the search ticket page has to be used:
