Mailbox in person groups

As specified above the person groups now have a default “Email” field. Therefor the setting “Group mailbox” in the Ticketing tab is removed. The defined setting was used to prefill the “Email” field. You must manually delete the obsolete “Mailbox” person field if you do not need it anymore.

Bugfixes

-Usages of custom datetime/date fields as replace values didn’t work properly.
