Views display lists of tickets registered in the system. Default views include user related views for submitted requests, closed requests or requests in which the user has a role as manager, approver or other responsibilities that may pertain to request fulfillment processes. Configuration and distribution of views are detail in the "Views" chapter of this manual.
Summary Views present a small tile with the short title of the View, and the number of tickets. This is only available in the left or right columns of the Dashboard.
