Wait Ticket Field

With this option, you can set the Wait step the check if the SSP ticketing system  value has reached a set value.

All Ticketing fields are available to check against.

In order to use this type, the Ticketing system must be acquired.

First, select the field, set the Operator and enter the value to check against in the last (text) field.

Use the save button to save the changes, or use the cancel button to discard any changes.
