In case an issue is encountered that can't be resolved with the help of the manuals available, an issue can be reported with SMT-X support. The mail address is

For fast issue resolution the following information should be provided for new cases:

oScreenshots that show the occurring issue, including URL information
oInclude as many screenshots as possible to clarify the issue. Merge them with supporting texts in a Word document
Log files
oLog files from all applications (Common, Forms, WebStore and Workflow). More information on log file can be found here.
oIn case the issue is occurring with the Scheduler application, please include the logging of the scheduler as well.
oIn case the issue is occurring with an external adapter, please also provide logging from the adapter
