To edit a Form, there are 2 ways to navigate:
1. Via Topics
Click on the Topics item in the administration main screen:
Select a topic, SSP will open up directly the tab 'Forms & Shops' ( tab 3) . This tab shows the list of current Forms of the selected Topic.
The tab has the following options:
|•||: Position Drop down: Change the selected number to order the Forms as you want. Number 1 is the top position.|
|•||: When this icon is shown, the form is live|
|•||: Edit : Change the details of the selected Form. For more info see General settings|
|•||: Export the settings & entries of a form to an XML file by clicking on this button. This option is useful when moving a form between different environments, e.g. from test to production environment. SSP will offer the choice between ZIP & XML format. the ZIP format contains the images (icons) used in the form, where the XML does not. We advise to use the ZIP format.|
|•||: Print : this function created a PDF overview of the Form with all its settings & FIelds. The goal is to use this to document your current version of the form|
|•||: Preview this form|
|•||: Delete : Delete the selected Form. For more info see General settings|
|•||Any exported form can be imported using this function. Sometimes the import might fail, if the versions are different between 2 environments.|
|•||: Add a new Shop by clicking on this button.|
|•||: Add a new Form by clicking on this button.|
